China ISO Sand Co., Ltd. is the only ISO sand producer authorized by Chinese government, and is the only exporter with ISO Sand Certificate. The quality-first company is a high-tech market player with IS09001 and OHSAS 18001 in China.
Its manufacturing is supervised by China Building Materials Academy. Product quality is supervised by National Quality Supervision and Testing Center for Cement. The company boasts automatic production lines and logistics network. Covering an area of 27,000m, it boasts an annual output capacity of 35,000 tons. It went into production in April 2001. It has sold 350,000 tons of ISO sands by the end of 2016. It ensures pre-delivery inspection of 25 billion tons of cement (about 60% of cement output worldwide). With products sold to over 50 countries and areas, it is the largest ISO sand producer and seller worldwide.
What is China ISO Sand
China ISO sand is a legal material for cement strength testing. It is a national standard article in China (Standard sample number GSB08-1337), with GB/T17671-1999 (Method of Testing Cement-Determination of Strength) certified. It plays an essential role in cement production, engineering, research and quality control.
Chinese standard GB/T17671-1999, European standard EN196-1 and British standard BS EN197-1 is ISO 679:1989 certified.
China ISO sand grade and package
China ISO sand is classified into 3 grades, that is, coarse sand of 1.0mm to 2.0mm, medium sand of 0.50mm to 1.0mm, and fine sand of 0.08mm to 0.50mm. 450 grams of coarse sand, medium sand and fine sand respectively are packed, with net weight of 1350g(+5g)per bag.
