Calcium Aluminate Flux

Description

Calcium aluminate flux is mainly used for separating the impurity elements such as sulfur and oxygen in ladle refining of LF, SKF, VHP and other furnaces. It can greatly improve molten steel quality and service life of ladle by reducing the content of harmful elements and impurities.

Properties

Calcium aluminate flux facilitates the formation of slag and optimises its composition, maximizing the efficiency of the steel refining process with:
• uniform chemical composition
• low melting point
• non-absorbent
• rapid formation of slag
• cost reduction
• environment protection
